Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and converting leads into sales. You'll work closely with the marketing team and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

What you will do: Identify and qualify potential clients, prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and manage client relationships. You'll also track sales performance, and contribute to improving our sales process.

Key responsibility:

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
