Job Description
- As a System Administrator at TESLEAD EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, your role involves managing, maintaining, and securing the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and servers while providing technical support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and applications.
- Monitor system performance to ensure availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Apply security patches and conduct system updates for protection against vulnerabilities.
- Maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and network configurations.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, and support of IT assets.
- Provide technical support and training to employees when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and data backups.
- Familiarity with IT asset management and troubleshooting tools.
- Soft Skills:
