Immediate Hiring Business Development - Inside Sales B2B for Southeast Market.
Office timing 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage companies facing hiring challenges.
- Connect with decision-makers (HR/CHROs/CEOs/Founders).
- Understand client needs, pitch Foundit solutions, and deliver demos.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation ? negotiation ? closure ? onboarding.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and track competition trends.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (any discipline).
- 17 years B2B sales experience (Inside/Corporate Sales preferred).
- Background in HR Tech, SaaS, IT Sales, Consulting, BFSI, Media, or DotCom is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles.
Skills Required:

- Strong communication, email writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers.
- Relationship-building, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, with basic MS Excel/CRM proficiency.
