About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth in IT services and products across India, the UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, identify business opportunities, and work closely with delivery and presales teams to achieve revenue goals. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 Business Development Executives, ensuring alignment with revenue and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for IT Services (Managed QA Services, Development Services) and IT Products.
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline through tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and CRM systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in India, the UK, and Europe, establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals and solution presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including RFP/RFQ responses, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to ensure the team meets key business metrics.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Represent Test Yantra at client meetings, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to enhance business positioning.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales(QA, Development or Engineering), preferably within a technology consulting or services organisation.
  • Strong experience in leadership and business development across global markets.
  • Excellent understanding of Managed Services, Software Development, and Digital Transformation offerings.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience managing international clients in the UK and European regions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Zoho, Hubspot and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a technology services organisation selling to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, contract negotiation, and proposal management.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices during sales cycles.
