About The Role
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in technology hiring for the Indian market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of IT roles(Mainly QA and Development), and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across various technologies within India.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS tools and recruitment systems.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (India hiring) supporting client requirements, ideally someone from the staffing background

  Get Hired
  Good understanding of QA/Testing & Development technology and experience in hiring for such positions
• Proven experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Greenhouse or any similar
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
