Job Description

As a Content Developer for Maharashtra State Exams, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality content comprising of questions and easy-to-understand solutions. You will also be tasked with reviewing content generated by freelancers and AI for exams such as MPSC, Maharashtra Police, Talathi, and other Maharashtra state exams.

To excel in this role, you will need to analyze and research exam patterns, question types, and difficulty levels to stay abreast of the latest trends in Maharashtra exams. Additionally, you will be expected to incorporate user feedback from various sources to enhance the quality of questions and tests.
Understanding the student preparation cycle is crucial for this position as you will be developing content that aids in their effective preparation. Moreover, you will play a key role in training and supervising freelance content developers to ensure the delivery of top-notch content.

We are seeking candidates who are proficient in Marathi and English, with a background in appearing for UPSC, MPSC, or other Maharashtra state exams. Preference will be given to individuals who have successfully cleared stages of these exams. An ideal candidate for this role would be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the education sector.
Your success in this position will also depend on your self-motivation, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong commitment to continuous learning. Prior experience in teaching or content development, along with excellent time management and organizational skills, will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with ChatGPT, is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team.,
