Require A Finance Manager In Dubai

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local UAE regulations.

• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.

• Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial planning to ensure liquidity and fiscal stability.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.

• Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.

• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.

• Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Mentor and supervise junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor key financial KPIs and deliver executive-level reports with strategic recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational or high-growth organization.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and local financial compliance standards.

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VBA, pivot tables, advanced modeling).
