• Lead and manage civil construction projects from concept to closeout, including planning, design coordination, scheduling, and execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local, state, and federal codes.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, and stakeholders to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.

• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or risks.
