Job Description

Job Summary: Embark on an exciting journey as a Business Development Trainee at Tesuto Labs Pvt Ltd. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in business development within the TIC sector, with a focus on the dynamic and ever-evolving automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Marvel: Dive deep into market research to uncover potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.

2. Lead Luminary: Illuminate our path to success by assisting in generating new business leads through savvy online research, networking events, and engaging with industry publications.

3. Client Connection: Illuminate the way forward by initiating effective communication with potential clients. Understand their testing needs and position Tesuto Labs Pvt Ltd as their go-to TIC partner.

4. Sales Symphony: Harmonize with our sales team to compose compelling proposals, presentations, and materials for client meetings and pitches.

5. Relationship Radiance: Cultivate relationships with existing clients, adding a touch of brilliance to customer satisfaction, and exploring new business horizons.

6. Training Oasis: Quench your thirst for knowledge in our structured training program. Immerse yourself in the TIC industry, automotive testing procedures, and masterful sales techniques.

7. Reporting Radiance: Illuminate management with regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and glowing business opportunities.

Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Polymer Engineering, MBA or a related field.

Skills: Strong communication, Interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills.

Bright: Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning.

Glow: Basic understanding of the automotive industry is a plus.

Willing to relocate Gurugram/ Manesar.

Willing to travel and must possess a vehicle/2 wheelers/ 4 wheelers, driving license is a must.

The candidate can be transferred to other locations like Pune/ Chennai as per companys decision.
