We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role focuses on expanding our client base and deepening relationships with existing retail and HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients by offering tailored mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities: As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed assigned business targets for up-selling mutual fund products to retail and HNI clients from a given database.
- Proactively generate new leads through client referrals and other networking activities to expand the client base.
- Enhance and upgrade client net worth relationships by identifying opportunities for increased investment and product penetration.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Profile customers thoroughly to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs, and accordingly provide suitable mutual fund products.
- Ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction for all retail and HNI customers.
Investment Advisory:
- Provide expert investment planning and advisory services to clients, guiding them on optimal mutual fund strategies.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of mutual fund products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
Acquisition & Servicing:
- Focus on the acquisition and ongoing servicing of HNI and Ultra HNI customers, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in mutual fund products.
Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates with NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certifications, especially those related to mutual funds.

- Portfolio Management (Desired): Basic understanding or experience in portfolio management principles is a plus.
