Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our compliance team, ensuring that all our operations adhere to strict pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies.

What you will do: You will conduct internal audits, investigate potential compliance issues, and support the implementation of new compliance programs. You will work closely with various departments to ensure ongoing compliance.

Key responsibility:

  • Conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Investigating potential compliance violations and taking corrective action.
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Working with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  • Staying up-to-date on changes in pharmaceutical regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, GDP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with compliance management systems (a plus).
