Job Description

    You are an experienced SAP Security professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience, looking for an opportunity to lead a team of SAP security analysts & specialists. As a Team Lead at TIS, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and stability of SAP systems by leading and managing the SAP security team.

    Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the team to deliver security projects on time, designing and implementing SAP security controls and processes, maintaining operational metrics, automating SAP security tasks, monitoring and managing security risks, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand their security needs. You will also participate in SAP security audits, stay updated on the latest SAP security threats and technologies, work on SAP Security and SAP GRC related engagements, and resolve complex security issues in SAP Systems.
    To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should possess expert knowledge of SAP security technologies and best practices, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you should be adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
