Product Manager - Tax Product Success

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager – Tax Product Success with 8 - 12 years experience in Product Management, Product Success, or Product Enablement roles, responsible for driving the adoption, enablement, and success of tax technology platforms across the organization.

This role focuses on product enablement, change management, and adoption strategy to ensure tax professionals effectively leverage technology solutions. The Product Manager will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, user engagement, and successful product rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Product Adoption & Success

• Drive adoption and success of tax technology platforms and solutions.
• Define strategies to increase user engagement and product utilization.
  
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to improve adoption outcomes.

Change Management & Enablement

• Lead change management initiatives supporting new product capabilities.
• Develop training, enablement, and communication strategies to support product rollout.
• Partner with leadership to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Product Communication & Messaging

• Create consistent product messaging and value communication across stakeholders.
• Work with marketing and enablement teams to develop product launch materials and internal campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ensure alignment between product roadmap and adoption strategy.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Collect feedback from internal users and stakeholders to improve product capabilities.
• Track product adoption metrics and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong Product Management or Product Success experience
• Experience with change management and product adoption initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with enterprise technology platforms
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and business stakeholders
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Product Marketing, including campaign strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
• Ability to leverage digital channels and marketing insights to drive product adoption and user engagement
