Role Description

This is a full-time remote Sales Business Development Manager role. You will lead efforts to identify and engage new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maintain an active pipeline of prospects. This role includes negotiating partnerships, developing sales strategies, setting targets for yourself and the team, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. Success in this position will require meeting or exceeding sales goals while fostering long-term relationships that contribute to company success. Also, a results-driven revenue growth by acquiring and closing new clients for our products & services. This role is ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in target-based, performance-linked environments and can operate independently without close supervision.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Domestic/International Inside Sales (ROW markets).
  • Excellent Communication skills are a MUST, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication(English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi)
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals
  • Proven experience in EdTech / Training & Certifications, SaaS / Software solutions, Consulting or Professional Services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability in business development and sales strategy
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation
  • Experience with marketing, outreach, and sales pipeline management
  • Understanding of technology services and professional certifications is beneficial
  • Excellent problem-solving, objection handling, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, E2E sales pipeline configurations, and other sales-related software
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote environment
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales calls and service pitches via phone or video
  • Follow up with leads until closure
  • Maintain accurate deal and pipeline tracking
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
  • Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team post-closure

Other Qualifications

Proven experience in closing B2B, B2C sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
