Job Description


1. Human Resources (HR) Management

• Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and exit processes.

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Address employee grievances and manage workplace relations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.


2. PRO Duties and Responsibilities

• Process employee visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents.

• Liaise with government entities (e.g., labor department, immigration, municipality).

• Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and legal documents.

• Stay updated on new government regulations affecting the business.

• Handle company legal documentation and regulatory compliance.


3. Car Management

• Oversee company vehicle allocation, usage, and maintenance schedules.

• Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and permits are up to date.

• Maintain vehicle logs and monitor fuel expenses.

• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and accident reporting.

• Implement cost-saving strategies for fleet management.


4. Accommodation Management

• Manage employee housing allocations and ensure suitable living conditions.

• Coordinate lease agreements, rent payments, and utility services.

• Handle employee accommodation complaints and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accommodation regulations.

• Arrange transportation for employees if required.
