Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding formalities and documentation processes.
  • Conduct employee induction programs for newly joined employees.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions based on project requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate support and coordination.

  • Conduct and coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring and HR-related requirements
    • Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
  • willingness to Travel to different states
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
