Senior Marketing Communications & Executive Support Specialist

What Youll Do

• Lead marketing communications strategy Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns across digital platforms
• Produce and manage content Write press releases, corporate updates, and campaign materials for web, email, and social.
• Support brand and engagement efforts Develop brand positioning, community engagement, and audience education strategies.
• Track and report performance Analyze metrics to refine messaging and improve ROI
• Provide executive-level support Manage C-suite calendars, communications, and project priorities.
• Coordinate across departments Ensure deadlines and strategic goals are consistently met
  
• Document and streamline processes Create SOPs and optimize internal workflows using tools like Monday.com and Asana

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience Background in marketing communications, executive assistance, and project coordination
• Consulting or finance experience Proven work with CEOs and leadership teams in these sectors
• Strong writing and strategy skills Able to develop content and campaigns that deliver results
• Operational mindset Skilled in process creation, documentation, and team coordination
• Remote readiness Comfortable working independently with global teams

• Background in consulting or agency work
• Experience managing marketing contractors or teams
• Familiarity with brand strategy and campaign analytics
