Job Description
Role:Amazon Key Account Manager
Preferred Work Experience: 0-2 years
Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for Amazon and drive it like an independent business function.
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings to ensure high visibility and conversion rates. This includes keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to stay competitive while maintaining profitability. Monitor competitor pricing and optimise as necessary.
- Upload monthly discounts etc. according to the event calendars shared by the marketplaces.
- Optimise product listings on a weekly basis and ensure that changes are updated in case of any errors.
- Build strong relationships with various e-commerce portal brand managers to help drive sales and build respective channels.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports for the marketplace eg. top selling products, competitor performance, growth levers, etc.
- Leverage marketplace management tools and software to automate and streamline processes. Stay abreast of new technologies and tools that can enhance marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Monitor stock levels and manage orders to avoid overstock and stockouts.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all creative assets are as per channel best practices and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales. Utilize tools like Amazon Sponsored Products, etc.
- Onboard the products and brand to new relevant marketplaces and own the entire process, right from outreach to going live.

- Comfort with handling and analysing basic data (proficiency in MS Excel is a bonus)

Is this a full-time role
- This is an in-office position - all hands on deck and youll need to be where all the action is.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in analytics tools for data reporting
- Experience in managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
- 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts for D2C brands would be preferred
