Job Description
- As a MSP Portal Manager / Account Coordinator in the US Staffing industry with a shift timing from 6PM IST to 4 AM IST (Eastern) at a Hybrid location in Noida, UP, you will play a crucial role in managing MSP/VMS portals for staffing programs. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact between MSP clients, recruiters, and internal delivery teams, ensuring timely submission of candidates, compliance with client requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will involve managing day-to-day operations within MSP/VMS portals, supporting account management functions, collaborating with recruiting teams to prioritize requisitions, and providing reporting and status updates to clients and internal leadership. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience working with MSP clients in the staffing industry, at least 2 years of experience in US Staffing and Recruiting, and a strong knowledge of VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Beeline, and Coupa.
Moreover, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Your role will also require strong relationship management and problem-solving skills to ensure service level agreements are met and quality submittals are delivered consistently.
