As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious intern to join our dynamic team and gain real-world exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, deal structuring, and client advisory work. What Youll Do As an intern, you will work closely with senior analysts and partners on: Assisting in financial modeling, valuations (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and pitch decks Supporting M&A deal execution, market research, and due diligence Preparing investment memoranda, client presentations, and internal reports Analyzing company financial statements and industry trends Collaborating with the team on strategy, deal sourcing, and investor presentations Who You Are Currently a student (final-year preferred) or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field Based in Dubai, UAE or with the ability to work in Dubai Strong interest in investment banking, private equity, and M&A Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
