Position: Brand Manager Intern

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Reporting To: Brand Manager / Marketing Lead

About the Role

The Brand Manager Intern will support the brand team in developing, executing, and monitoring brand strategies to strengthen market presence, enhance customer engagement, and ensure brand consistency. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and detail?oriented individual passionate about marketing and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Research

• Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer insights.
• Support analysis of brand performance metrics.

Content & Campaign Support

• Help create content for social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to maintain brand guidelines.

Product & Marketing Coordination

• Support the brand team in product launches and brand activation activities.
• Assist with packaging development and marketing collateral creation.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Cross?Functional Collaboration

• Work with internal stakeholders such as sales, design, and product teams.
• Assist in vendor management for creative, printing, and media requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
