Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned territory of Rajasthan, India. This full-time, on-site role includes developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will lead a team of sales representatives, support training efforts, and analyze market trends to optimize sales performance. They will also work closely with the distribution network to ensure product availability and effective delivery to customers.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Territory Management, and Team Leadership
• Strong skills in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
• Ability to create and execute Sales Strategies and achieve sales targets
