Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our fast-growing global team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing and pre-screening candidates, preferably for international markets such as the UAE, Africa, UK, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines for mid to senior-level roles across multiple geographies.
• Conduct Boolean, X-ray, and LinkedIn Recruiter searches to identify top talent globally.
• Engage with candidates through email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms to assess interest and suitability.
• Maintain candidate data and status updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Generate weekly sourcing reports and dashboards highlighting sourcing performance and conversion metrics.
• Research global talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
• Support in talent mapping projects, market intelligence reports, and diversity hiring initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, research, or talent acquisition support.
• Prior exposure to international markets (UAE, GCC, Africa, or Europe) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo, HireEZ, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and able to prepare simple sourcing dashboards or trackers.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
