Job Description
- As a Customer Sales Executive, your role will involve driving sales at the store level and coaching the sales team to ensure growth and profitability. You will be responsible for working on daily sales reports, cash & card reports, and petty cash reports. Monitoring all aspects of inventory and cash management will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, handling customer interactions, and addressing complaints will be key aspects of your role.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. You should be strong in sales, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques. Being presentable, willing to learn, and having computer knowledge are important qualifications for this role.
As a full-time Customer Sales Executive, you will be working in rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person.
