Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and confident Customer Support Executives for a Premium Blended Process (Chat + Voice Support). This role requires handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

After successful completion of 3 months Work From Office in Gurgaon, candidates will move to Permanent Work From Home (based on performance & quality metrics).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via Chat & Voice
• Provide accurate and timely issue resolution
• Deliver high customer satisfaction scores
• Follow SOPs, compliance, and quality guidelines
• Maintain professional communication at all times

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Versant Level 5 or 6 (Mandatory)
• Strong problem-solving & call handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
