Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for theInternational Chat ProcessinGurgaon. The role involves handling inbound and blended customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound chats for international customers.
• Respond to customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain chat quality and meet performance metrics.
  
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience:
• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates must have a minimum of1 year of customer service experience.

• Skills Required:
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge & good typing speed
• Willingness to work inrotational and night shifts
