Job Description
- Highly skilled in analyzing & reporting financial information to executive management; actively worked with strategic business units to ensure accurate and value added analysis.
- Plan and execute monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; provide monthly financial statements / MIS; administer the monthly closing process.
- Quantitative & Statistical Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Dashboards and Reconciliation of Financial Reports.
- Providing financial analysis on various ongoing initiatives and requirements from management on business performance / models / Developing and maintaining financial models.
- Supervision & Reconciliation of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
- Check data source to derive inferences and help decision making
- Preparation of Fund Flow Statement and Cash Flow Statement on daily/weekly/monthly basis and provide feedback to Top Management on fund management.
- Initiate and follow up on cost saving initiatives
- Drive internal control and processes across organization
- System process automation & up-gradation of ERP.
- Any other business activity that may be required by the management from time to time.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for quarterly book close.
- Develop trend and projection for the company finances.
- Oversee operation of finance department, set goals and objective and design framework for these to be met.
- Preparation annual business plan, business strategy, and budget.
- Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes.

Requirements:
- Qualified CA
- CA, with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience
- Candidate should be strong in Financial Analysis, Risk Analysis, Financial Reporting, MIS.
- Preferred from Gems & Jewellery Industry or manufacturing industry
