Responsibilities
Your Role:

• Part of the team responsible for global background screening for offered candidates / additional screening for Citco employees
• 
  Ensure quality and timely completion of screening activity prior to start date of the offered candidates.
• Raise the discrepancies of screening results to the seniors or designated person
• Ensure duly completed screening reports are stored in the employee personal file in electronic format
• Provide regular updates and reports to your manager
• Undertake regular audits of personal files to ensure upkeep of personal documents
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements
  

Qualifications
About You:

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to all employee and payroll records and any shared internal communications

Get Hired
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to produce innovative solutions
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency within a fast paced and demanding work environment
• Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail
• Experience with Oracle HRIS (EBS)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 3 - 6 years’ experience working within an Human Resources group or as an admin assistant
