Job Description
Front-Line Senior Manager will:
- Manage bottler alignment on the projects (both IMX campaigns and innovations) that s/he is leading through key strategies, objectives, system investment, activity calendar, success metrics in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
- Drive vertical integration of the projects through transformation of brand strategies/campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts partnering with IMX, C&CL, Franchise Leadership and bottling partners’ teams.
- Assume project leader role on the projects that s/he is leading facilitating collective genius and collaboration among Category Teams, IMX Team, C&Cl, Franchise Leadership, Finance, Technical, PAC, Legal and relevant bottling partner’s team.
- Develop the idea, drive the system wide alignment (Idea, execution, KBIs, budget) and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed the market.
- As the owner of the projects own DME management and due diligence related with the projects s/he is leading.
- Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/region/channels as well as project specific AARs.
- Be the owner of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning
- Provide market input for the development of OU- and market-level category/brand strategies as well as Innovation projects
- Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within the region and/or participate in agile development of market-level IMC campaigns
- Manage brand activation at the field level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers
- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Marketing activation and leadership experience (4-8 years)
- Business, commercial and financial acumen
- Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers)
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

- Ability to provide region specific input on marketing plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights) and other key elements of broader OU strategy, as necessary
- Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on mkt agenda
- Ability to lead negotiations and alignment with key stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers
- Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
- Ability to distill consumer insights and market opportunities and build a completing story through them.
- Role will require frequent communication with OU & Region Frontline Marketing Lead, region leadership teams, IMX and C&CL teams.
- Role will also interact regularly with Bottlers and external parties. Arabic speaker preferred
