Position Title: Business Development Manager Technology Development & Digital Marketing

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our technology and digital marketing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in client acquisition, Upwork project handling, and digital strategy alignment. Youll play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint and client base through strategic lead generation, compelling sales pitches, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify potential leads using online platforms, digital tools, and industry networks.
  • Upwork Platform Management: Manage the companys Upwork profile, respond to inbound project leads, and craft winning proposals to secure freelance contracts.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to understand client needs and present tailored technology and digital marketing solutions.
  • Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation: Design impactful sales decks and custom proposals that align with client requirements and business goals.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and brand messaging across digital campaigns.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and refine sales planning and target segments.
  • CRM & Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales activities, maintain client databases, and generate regular performance and forecast reports.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C business development stats, particularly in digital marketing or tech development domains.
  • Expertise in handling freelance portals like Upwork
