The impact you will have in this role:
Were looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our Mirai team to help us revolutionize the way mobile applications are built with our innovative server-driven UI framework. The primary objective of this role is to develop cutting-edge features in Mirai. This role not only involves contributing to the Mirai framework but also extends to developing next-generation products like Mirai AI and Mirai Studio, as well as groundbreaking a new FinTech application built with Mirai. You’ll closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers, to deliver top-notch features and play a meaningful role in crafting the future of application development.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable client applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile and web platforms.
- Lead the development of complex features and functionality for Mirai, contributing to our core framework and growing ecosystem of components.
- Design and develop advanced applications utilizing the Mirai framework.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into elegant and user-friendly applications.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior developers.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and guides, ensuring developers have comprehensive resources to succeed with Mirai.
- Be a technical thought leader, advocating for best practices and exploring new possibilities for server-driven UI development.

Talents Needed for Success:
- 3+ years of experience in mobile application development, ideally with extensive experience in Flutter.
- Proven expertise in developing complex and scalable mobile applications with state management, networking, and UI/UX Components
- A proven understanding of how the Flutter framework works.
- Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language.
- Experience with state management solutions like BLoC or Provider.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
- Proficient in version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for UX detail
Additional Qualifications/ Knowledge
- Have a good understanding of server-driven UI patterns and frameworks.
- Active contributor to open-source projects, preferably in the Flutter community.
- Previous experience building packages and plugins in Flutter and Dart.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and standard processes.
