Job Title: Real Estate Sales Associate / Property Acquisition Manager

About The Role:We are looking for a driven, street-smart and relationship-oriented real estate professional to join Theia Real Estate in Jaipur.
This is a client-facing role focused on onboarding property owners, managing seller relationships, coordinating with brokers and buyers, and supporting closures.
You will be representing Theia in meetings with property owners, understanding mandates, sourcing opportunities, and helping facilitate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:Seller Acquisition & Meetings
- Meet property owners looking to sell land, commercial assets, retail spaces and other properties
- Pitch Theias 3-month mandate model and onboard sellers
- Evaluate properties and gather deal inputs for listing and positioning
- Build relationships with owners, developers and landholders
- Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and direct buyers
- Manage buyer inquiries, site visits and negotiations
- Follow up on leads and maintain deal momentum
- Support matching the right buyer/investor for each opportunity
- Assist in managing the sales cycle from sourcing to closure
- Coordinate documentation, offers, and transaction updates
- Support JV opportunities where relevant
- Maintain inventory of active mandates and deal pipeline
- Build and expand broker and buyer networks in Jaipur
- Source off-market opportunities
- Help grow Theias seller mandate portfolio
- 1–5 years experience in real estate sales, brokerage, developer sales or B2B relationship management
- Strong local network in Jaipur real estate market preferred
- Comfortable meeting property owners and handling negotiations
- Good understanding of land and property transactions preferred
- Self-driven, persuasive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Hindi and English communication required
- Must own a two-wheeler/car for site visits and meetings
