Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Development Specialist located in Surat, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The primary responsibilities include managing franchise sales, fostering relationships with prospective franchisees, and assisting them through the franchise buying or selling process. The role involves developing franchise strategies, providing training for franchisees, and supporting businesses with their growth and expansion plans. Active contribution to lead generation efforts and ensuring seamless communication will also form part of the daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Franchise Sales and a strong understanding of the franchising industry
- Experience in business strategy, growth planning, and franchise development processes
- Ability to deliver effective training programs for franchisees and partners
- Strong skills in sales and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in franchise consulting or development is a plus
What Youll Do:
? Manage TFIs active advisory clients across Surat
? Build TFIs franchise advisory pipeline in South Gujarat
? Close new advisory mandates and earn uncapped incentives
