Key Responsibilities (Daily Time Allocation)
Client Advisory & Coaching (50%)
- Guide prospective clients through The Franchise Insiiders comprehensive advisory process with clarity, expertise, and strategic insights
- Conduct 1:1 discovery calls to understand client goals, investment capacity, lifestyle preferences, and risk appetite
- Act as a strategic coach, helping clients understand key franchise concepts, financial metrics, and decision frameworks
- Develop customized franchise recommendations based on client profiles and market research
- Support clients through franchise evaluation, due diligence, and negotiation phases
- Provide ongoing mentorship to help clients confidently navigate their franchise ownership journey
Pipeline Management & Sales Execution (30%)
- Manage an active and organized sales pipeline across all stages (Lead ? Qualification ? Negotiation ? Closure)
- Respond promptly to new leads via website, referrals, and digital channels within 24 hours
- Ensure timely and strategic follow-ups using structured communication frameworks
- Convert qualified leads into closed franchise deals through consultative conversations and structured advisory processes
- Track and report on individual KPIs: Lead Conversion Rate, Deal Size, Sales Cycle Duration, Client Satisfaction
- Leverage CRM systems and internal dashboards for pipeline transparency and forecasting
Brand & Partner Engagement (10%)
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with franchise brand representatives and partners
- Stay current on The Franchise Insiiders approved brand portfolio, franchise models, and market trends
- Conduct regular brand briefings and update sessions to provide clients with accurate, relevant insights
- Participate in brand partnership calls and collaborative strategy sessions
- Serve as a bridge between brands and clients, ensuring alignment and smooth deal progression
Process & Team Contribution (10%)
- Provide regular feedback to improve advisory processes, content, frameworks, and internal tools
- Attend weekly team meetings, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process refinement initiatives
- Mentor junior advisors and support team onboarding
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, ethical advisory, and continuous improvement

- Leading strategic discovery calls with franchise candidates, asking insightful questions, and identifying the right opportunities
- Coaching someone through a critical business decision that could shape their entrepreneurial future
- Reviewing franchise frameworks, financial models, and market analysis to provide informed recommendations
- Collaborating with brand partners to facilitate smooth franchise negotiations and deal closures
- Updating your pipeline, documenting client interactions, and preparing proposals
- Attending team sync meetings, training sessions, or collaborative strategy workshops
