We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing and Operations Executive to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, website development, calendar management, event planning, and lead generation efforts. This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings.

We are looking for passionate people with love for creativity and learning. Ample time and support will be provided for learning and competency development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

- Manage and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly and up-to-date with relevant content

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the team

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, and promotions

- Generate leads through various channels and manage the lead generation process

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing

Requirements:

- Any Bachelors degree

- Work independently and with integrity

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Awareness or experience in social media marketing, website development, and lead generation

- Awareness or experience in website development tools such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
