Job Description
- As a part of this role, you will be responsible for updating our internal databases with new employee information such as contact details and employment forms. You will screen resumes and application forms, schedule, and confirm interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, you will be in charge of posting, updating, and removing job advertisements from various job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
In this position, you will also play a key role in preparing HR-related reports as required, such as training budgets by department. You will handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, such as the number of remaining vacation days, and review and distribute company policies in both digital and hard copy formats.
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in organizing company events and career days. This role offers job types in full-time and internship categories with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
