About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Project Manager who will be responsible for leading SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects across various SAP modules (such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc. The candidate must have strong functional knowledge and proven experience managing end-to-end SAP project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP functional projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Work closely with business users to understand requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.

- Manage project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) and technical teams (ABAP, BASIS).

- Facilitate workshops, requirement gatherings, and business alignment sessions.

- Own UAT cycles, training, documentation, and deployment readiness.

- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate or relevant project methodologies.

- Handle vendor management, governance, compliance, and project reporting.

- Track deliverables, manage changes, and ensure project KPIs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in SAP as a Functional Consultant or Project Manager.

- Strong expertise in at least one major SAP functional module (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, QM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.

- Experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.

- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and risk management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work with both business and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.

- Certifications like SAP Activate, PMP, Prince2 are a plus.

Good to Have:

- Experience in S/4HANA migration or greenfield projects.

- Exposure to integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Knowledge of Agile methodology
