Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in HR and eager to support various HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

HR Coordination: Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and changes.

Policy Implementation: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Data Entry: Manage HR databases and perform regular data entry to maintain updated records.

Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
