Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who can translate philosophy into form.

This role requires aesthetic sensitivity, material awareness, and commercial

understanding. You will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, refining, and

developing products that align with our brand values while remaining commercially

viable.

You will work at the intersection of creativity, craftsmanship, and practicality.

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Concept & Design

• Develop new home decor concepts aligned with our brand philosophy
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations
• Translate inspiration into refined, production-ready designs
• Ensure proportion, scale, and usability are thoughtfully considered
• Design collections that feel cohesive, not isolated

2. Material & Craft Development

• Research materials, finishes, textures, and techniques
• Work closely with artisans and vendors to develop samples
• Refine product details for durability and quality
• Ensure products are both visually refined and functionally practical

3. Commercial & Strategic Alignment

• Design products that align with target pricing and margins
• Consider packaging, shipping practicality, and scalability
• Contribute to collection planning and launch timelines
• Collaborate with marketing to articulate design stories

What Were Looking For

• Background in product design (home decor / ceramics / lifestyle preferred)
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Strong sketching and concept development skills
• Ability to balance aesthetic vision with practical constraint
