Job Description
- You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and analyzing company level survey information into a SPSS database for standardized analysis. This includes working on major benchmark surveys, performance studies, and quick pools. You should have hands-on experience in analyzing and manipulating primary data to provide valuable insights. Supporting client projects with high-quality deliverables is a key aspect of this role, ensuring that Turn Around Time (TAT) targets are consistently met.
Collaboration with other team members, such as the Benchmarking team and other GRC functional experts, is essential to derive pertinent information for requests. You will take ownership of deliverables from the Functional team to clients and be able to manage multiple projects effectively. Prioritizing requests through clear communication with internal clients is crucial for successful project completion.
Your responsibilities will also include calculating, quality controlling, documenting, and securely storing database metrics for benchmark programs. Ongoing data mapping and reconciliation of questionnaire versions will be necessary. Quarterly in-depth analysis for the Executive Advisory Program Book of Numbers series, along with developing comparative metrics during the annual revision process, are key tasks.
Collaboration with program leaders and the sales/service delivery team to create standardized reports and identify suitable companies for clients is expected. You will perform analysis to reconcile metrics based on client and consultant inquiries regularly. Additionally, providing assistance to the sales force in understanding company demographics and developing client-specific analysis will be part of your role.

Essential Skills for this role include a strong desire to understand business drivers quantitatively, commitment to quality, quantitative analysis experience, familiarity with SPSS and Advanced Excel, and the ability to form hypotheses and conclusions based on data. Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills are essential. Proficiency in customer relationship management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Expert knowledge in quantitative/data analytics and research, as well as interest in offshoring/outsourcing landscape, are vital.
Preferred Skills include expertise in problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office, self-motivation, and the ability to impact results throughout one's career. Thriving in cross-functional teams, versatility in thinking, exposure to statistical analytics tools, and interest in SG&A activities across industries are desirable. Demonstrating proactive thinking, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under stringent deadlines, are important personal attributes for this role.,
