Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Team Lead, your main responsibility will be to analyze, consult, and configure the SAP quality management area to align with the business needs of the company. You will also be supporting the design and configuration of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and providing production support within the SCM functional area, focusing on the QM solution. Your role will involve deploying a system that meets the business strategy across functional teams, conducting testing, and documenting technical processes. Collaboration with the functional project manager and division heads will be essential to support the company's business needs, and you will play a crucial role in expanding and enhancing the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the values and vision of the organization and align activities accordingly
- Protect the Intellectual Property and adhere to all policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data
- Configure SAP Quality Management area to meet business requirements and enhance quality management processes
- Design and configure Supply Chain Management, provide production support, and implement the QM solution
- Deploy the QM system to meet business strategy, write technical documentation, and ensure integration of processes and modules across the organization
- Evaluate research findings to develop strategic recommendations for clients
- Possess strong organizational skills and deliver research tasks within defined deadlines
- Demonstrate dynamism, flexibility, perseverance, and excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Quality Planning, Inspection, Control, and different Quality Management tools
- Familiarity with Industry Business Processes, Customer & Vendor returns process, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Digital Signatures, and more
- Work on Plant rollout/implementation projects, prepare user training documents, and conduct user trainings
- Knowledge of cross module integration (QM-PP, QM-PPPI, QM-MM, QM-SD) and Action box setup and usage
- Utilize secondary research sources and techniques effectively
- Understand business objectives, organization structure, and maintain strong work ethics

Qualifications Required:
- Experience in customer relationship management with professional communication skills
- Strong knowledge of QM processes, Master data, Batch Management, Notifications, Quality Certificates, Stability Study, Digital Signatures, etc.
- Ability to work independently and impact results throughout the career
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced) and problem-solving expertise
- Proactive thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal relations, mentoring skills, and the ability to work under stringent deadlines
- Willingness to travel when required
