Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Service Coordinator located in Alibag. The Room Service Coordinator is responsible for managing room service operations, including taking and processing guest orders, coordinating with the kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Additional duties include handling guest complaints, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints and deliver high service standards
• Experience in room service operations and coordination
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Experience in hospitality or hotel management is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration or related field is preferred
