Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design transformation roadmaps.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness across organizational functions.
• Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and automation, to drive innovation and digital transformation.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to build consensus and alignment on transformation goals.
• Monitor progress through defined KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, strategies, and outcomes effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and their application to business transformation.
