Job Summary
We are looking for experienced International Customer Service Executives to handle voice-based customer interactions for global clients. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customer
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain service quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and QA scores
- Document customer interactions accurately
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers not eligible
- Minimum 1 year experience in International Customer Service Voice
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
