We are looking for experienced International Customer Service Executives to handle voice-based customer interactions for global clients. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customer
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain service quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and QA scores
• Document customer interactions accurately
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers not eligible
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Customer Service Voice
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
