Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions
  • Resolve issues related to billing, accounts, services, or products
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality standards
  • Document call details and update customer information in CRM
  • Follow process guidelines, compliance, and call scripts
  • Meet daily call targets, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams when required
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude on all calls
  • Adapt to different international accents and time zones
