Role Description

We are seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position involves managing and building client relationships, understanding specific gifting needs, and designing customized corporate gifting solutions. The Account Manager will oversee end-to-end client engagement, including project management, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing client queries to maintain high customer satisfaction. Regular reporting and analysis to improve business processes and client experience is also a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving to understand and deliver on customer needs
• Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and timely execution of tasks
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, or customer service is advantageous
