The KPI Institute, a global authority on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us enhance client engagement and drive business growth! ????

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions and corporate entities. ????
- Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services. ??????
- Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify interest and budgets. ????
- Achieve Goals: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads to measure performance. ????
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track progress. ????
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share insights. ????
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback. ????
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales development or lead generation; start-up experience is a plus. ????
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. ?????
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage prospects effectively. ????
- Technical Aptitude: Quick learner with the ability to grasp LMS, certification programs and mental health training solutions. Experience with EngageBay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo (if onboarded), or similar CRM/sales tools is preferred.????
- Cultural Understanding: Understanding of international business practices, with a focus on the GCC market being an advantage. ????
- Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. ????
