Job Title: HR Executive Employee Engagement

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 57 years

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative HR Executive Employee Engagement who can bring energy, ideas, and structure to our people practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building networks, and creating meaningful engagement experiences especially in a remote work environment

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across teams
  • Plan and conduct virtual activities, events, and team-building sessions
  • Organise guest lectures, expert sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums
  • Leverage personal/professional networks to invite speakers and collaborators
  • Coordinate and manage the Lead Star Performer Program to recognise and reward high performers
  • Conceptualise recognition frameworks and ensure visibility of top talent
  • Drive participation and ensure high employee involvement in initiatives
  • Work closely with HR and leadership to enhance employee experience
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve engagement programs

Requirements

  • 57 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee engagement
  • Proven experience in conducting activities in a remote/virtual setup
  • Strong networking ability with access to external speakers/trainers is a must
  • Experience in managing recognition or rewards programs (preferred)
  • Strong command over English communication (verbal and written)
