HR Manager

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM 7:00 PM (IST)

Compensation

Up to ?12 LPA (based on experience and fit)

About the Role

We are looking for a senior HR leader who can drive HR governance, strategic decision-making, and Learning & Development initiatives across the organisation.

This role goes beyond operations it requires someone who can think strategically, take ownership of people decisions, and build strong HR systems while leading a team of recruiters.

You will work closely with leadership and department heads to create a structured, compliant, and high-performance organisation

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Take strategic HR decisions aligned with business goals and organisational growth
  • Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational structuring, and manpower budgeting
  • Drive HR governance, policy direction, and long-term people strategy

HR Operations & Governance

  • Oversee employee lifecycle management and exit processes
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with organisational needs and labour laws
  • Ensure statutory compliance, HR audits, and regulatory documentation
  • Strengthen process governance and ensure accuracy of HR data across systems (Keka, LMS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related matters

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Drive hiring strategy, improve recruitment processes, and ensure target achievement
  • Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, and pipeline efficiency

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances with fairness, maturity, and structured resolution
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Partner with HODs to resolve people-related challenges effectively

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design and implement organisation-wide L&D frameworks aligned to business goals
  • Identify training needs across departments and drive capability-building initiatives
  • Lead leadership development, behavioural training, and performance improvement programs
  • Conduct and anchor engagement initiatives such as guest sessions, knowledge-sharing forums, and workshops
  • Measure effectiveness of training programs through defined outcomes

Remote Workforce Enablement

  • Build HR and L&D systems suited for a fully remote work model
  • Ensure consistency in communication, engagement, and performance across distributed teams

Key Requirements

  • MBA in HR from a recognised institution
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience in a leadership/generalist role
  • Strong experience in HR policy drafting, compliance, and employment law matters
  • Proven ability to take strategic HR decisions and drive organisational outcomes
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and hiring functions
  • Strong background in employee relations and grievance management
  • Experience in Learning & Development and training frameworks
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, integrity, and organisational maturity
